Shipping & Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Policy
We at GAB Underwear take pride in our product and are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Should you find any fault with your purchase we would love to hear about it, as we are committed to ensuring the highest quality possible.
We will gladly reimburse you for your purchase or exchange it for you, provided you notify us within one week of receiving it. We will cover the costs of the return.
Please send us an email prior to returning your purchase so that we can ensure a speedy reimbursement, once we have received it. Emails can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order number and a brief description of the fault.
Due to the fact that GAB Underwear products make fantastic gifts and are often purchased for someone else, we are happy to exchange your purchase should you have ordered the wrong size or cut or simply change your mind. Please use the size chart and choose carefully as the return shipping will be at customers' expense.
For hygiene reasons, please do not remove your own underwear before trying on your pair of "Gabbies". Items that have already been worn and washed will not be exchanged. We will exchange any item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Just send an email to email@example.com with your order number, the product you would like to return and the product you would like in exchange. We will reply with an address for return. All exchanges must be sent back to us at the customers' expense. Please include your own prepaid self addressed bag/envelope for us to send back the desired exchange, and include a note inside your return explaining what you would like to exchange for. Assuming it is still in stock, we will send pack your parcel in your self addressed bag/envelope, and we will contact you once we have received it.
